Baked Salmon Fillets with Lime Balsamic and Pistachio and Coconut Dukkah

INGREDIENTS:

  • Skinless Salmon Fillets
  • Sea Salt
  • Willow Vale Lime Balsamic Vinegar
  • Willow Vale Pistachio and Coconut Dukkah

METHOD:

  1. Pat dry Skinless Salmon Fillets
  2. Sit the Salmon on a tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Sprinkle Salmon with a little Sea Salt.
  4. Brush Willow Vale Lime Balsamic Vinegar all over the Salmon (be generous)
  5. Press a layer of the Willow Vale Pistachio and Coconut Dukkah – over the top of the Salmon.
  6. Bake in moderate oven for 10 – 12 minutes
  7. Drizzle with a little extra Willow Vale Lime Balsamic and serve

Salmon is better if a little under cooked.
